Dr. Kelly Moorhead
Primary Care
Dr. Kelly Moorhead completed her undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University and earned her medical degree from Wright State University. She later completed her residency at Akron General Medical Center and enjoys crafting and spending time with her children and their significant others.
Dr. Colin Moorhead
Primary Care
Dr. Colin Moorhead earned his undergraduate degree from Kenyon College, his masters in science at Wright State University, and his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio University’s College of Medicine (NEOUCOM). He also completed his residency at Akron General Medical Center. He enjoys cooking and most recently took up golf as a hobby.
Leslie Armstrong, PMH-NP
Behavioral Health
Leslie Armstrong earned degrees from Kent State University and Northern Kentucky University. She enjoys watching all varieties of sports, attending live music events, and watching her son perform in the marching and symphonic band at Chippewa.
